Pre-Order from our Exclusive Offering. Brandon Maxwell worked with the jeweler Lunch at the Ritz by Zander Elliott to create statement earrings for the SS18 collection. The earrings, which come in various colorways and sizes, are all animals representing attributes of the Brandon Maxwell woman: an owl for wisdom, a zebra for individuality and a panther for courage. The enamel-coated earrings are encrusted with crystals in gold settings and have a 24K plated gold backing. Components such as the tails, heads and legs of the animals move as you wear them. Offered exclusively through the Brandon Maxwell website. They are all hand-made within the U.S.A. and take time to produce. Once you join the waitlist, a brand representative will be in touch about ordering and shipping options. All earrings are made to order by hand and will have their own unique markings.

Handle the product with care. There are moving parts on the earrings that should not be pulled or shook with force as it may damage the product. To clean, wipe the earring with a wet, non-abrasive cloth and a cleaning solution that is suitable for 24K gold and enamel.
The earrings, all hand-made in the U.S.A., will ship out to the address you provide in February 2018. You will receive a notification when the product ships. The earrings can only be shipped within the domestic United States (for clarification purposes, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii) if you order through our website. Two shipping options are available: 1) complimentary ground shipping or 2) next-day shipping for a $35 fee.

Returns & Exchanges
As these are made to order earrings, all requests for returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the shipment received. Information regarding the reason for the return will need to be submitted to email@example.com. All requests will be reviewed upon receipt and, if approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the earrings. Return requests for earrings that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for a return.
The Client is responsible for shipping costs associated with return of merchandise. We recommend that the Client insures the return shipment as the Client is liable for damage to the item(s) until received at the Brandon Maxwell distribution center.
If Products purchased on brandonmaxwellstudio.com are received damaged, the Client must notify Client Services within forty eight (48) hours of receipt by email. The Client must provide detailed information and pictures of the defects and keep the original Product packaging and the parcel in the condition in which it was received. Client Services will then begin investigation with FedEx. Please note that this process generally takes between eight (8) and ten (10) business days to resolve.
Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of an authorized return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
Purchases cannot be exchanged through brandonmaxwellstudio.com for this offering as the pieces are all made-to-order.
