The Knot Bangle
Available in limited quantities, the Fall Winter 2018 Brandon Maxwell Knot Bangle is available for sale. All pieces are made-to-order and will be shipped within two months of order date. Offered in a metal with Swarovski crystals or gunmetal with black Swarovski crystals, all jewelry is nickel free.

Handle the product with care as it is delicate and can be easily damaged if dropped or generally mishandled. Brandon Maxwell is not liable for damages due to mishandling.
The bangle, which is made-to-order, will ship out to the address you provide by no more than two months from the order date. You will receive a notification when the product ships. The bangle can only be shipped within the domestic United States (for clarification purposes, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii) if you order through our website. Two shipping options are available: 1) complimentary ground shipping or 2) next-day shipping for a $35 fee.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 11AM EST Monday through Friday will be processed same day. Orders received after 11AM EST will be processed the following business day. Saturday delivery is not available.

Returns & Exchanges
As the bangle is made-to-order, all requests for returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the shipment received. Information regarding the reason for the return will need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests will be reviewed upon receipt and, if approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the bangle. Return requests for bangles that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for a return.
The Client is responsible for shipping costs associated with return of merchandise. We recommend that the Client insures the return shipment as the Client is liable for damage to the item(s) until received at the Brandon Maxwell distribution center.
If Products purchased on brandonmaxwellstudio.com are received damaged, the Client must notify Client Services within forty eight (48) hours of receipt by email. The Client must provide detailed information and pictures of the defects and keep the original Product packaging and the parcel in the condition in which it was received. Client Services will then begin investigation with the shipping company. Please note that this process generally takes between eight (8) and ten (10) business days to resolve.
Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of an authorized return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
Purchases cannot be exchanged through brandonmaxwellstudio.com for this offering as the pieces are all made-to-order.
