Available in limited quantities, the Brandon Maxwell Crew Neck Fluff Sweater is available for sale. Offered in peony and ivory, the sweater has a soft, fluffy texture from ethically-sourced angora rabbit hair.

Brandon Maxwell Crew Neck Fluff Sweater comes in peony and ivory. It is made of 70% ethically-sourced angora rabbit hair, 20% polyamide and 10% wool.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 11AM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after 11AM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday delivery is not available. You will receive a notification when the product ships. Currently, we only offer complimentary ground shipping within the domestic United States (for clarification purposes, this excludes Alaska and Hawaii) through our website.

Returns & Exchanges
All requests for returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the shipment received. Information regarding the reason for the return will need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests will be reviewed upon receipt and, if approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the earrings. Return requests for earrings that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for a return.
The Client is responsible for shipping costs associated with return of merchandise. We recommend that the Client insures the return shipment as the Client is liable for damage to the item(s) until received at the Brandon Maxwell distribution center.
If Products purchased on brandonmaxwellstudio.com are received damaged, the Client must notify Client Services within forty eight (48) hours of receipt by email. The Client must provide detailed information and pictures of the defects and keep the original Product packaging and the parcel in the condition in which it was received. Client Services will then begin investigation with the shipping company. Please note that this process generally takes between eight (8) and ten (10) business days to resolve.
Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of an authorized return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
